  • Develop user stories, process flows, business rules and acceptance criteria.
  • Complete detailed business and data analysis for binder and bordereaux-related solutions.
  • Review the existing reporting estate to identify opportunities for reuse, enhancement or new development.
  • Produce process documentation, data mappings, gap analysis and requirements artefacts.
  • Analyse insurance datasets to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
  • Support data mapping, profiling, reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, Analytics teams and business stakeholders.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and release activities.
  • Define and execute business test scenarios.
  • Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate business sign-off and deployment readiness.
  • Define business rules and data quality requirements.
  • Support the identification and resolution of data quality issues.
  • Help drive the successful delivery and adoption of associated data products, analytics and reporting capabilities.

  • Experience producing data mappings, process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics and other technical delivery teams.
